Globe Corp LTD ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Factory iPhone Unlocks website (the "Service").
IMPORTANT: Should the first attempt prove unsuccessful, a subsequent chargeable service will be required and a refund cannot be provided, your IMEI number, device model and carrier must also be entered correctly.
1. Factory iPhone Unlocks Service.
1.1. The services provided on the Factory iPhone Unlocks website allow the user to remove the carrier lock and or the iCloud Activation Lock from their device via the IMEI or Serial number. All our services include customer support via email during office hours.
1.2. Once full payment has been received from a customer our service of providing an unlock solution begins. At the point of order placement our time frames are calculated and given as a guideline.
1.3. Once the unlocking process is complete an email will be sent to the email address provided to notify the customer. The email will also provide the exact instructions for completing the unlocking process by connecting to iTunes.
2.1. Factory iPhone Unlocks will not allow a refund on an order that has been submitted and is being processed. Some iPhones will have a set amount of input attempts. We will not refund if this has been breeched.
2.2. Refunds are only given if the iPhone unlock can not be sourced or in some cases if orders are wrong. The reason for this is that our costs are incurred by submitting your phone's details to the unlock database.
2.3. It is up to the customer to ensure the correct input of the phone's information and customer information when purchasing. Orders may be changed or updated, an administration fee of $28 will apply. The IMEI entered into the site must be found on the phone by dialing *#06#. If the IMEI, mobile number or carrier provided is later found to be submitted incorrectly by the customer then a refund will not be provided and the unlock request will come back “Blocked”.
2.4. If your phone was already unlocked before you purchased an unlocking service, that will not be considered grounds for a refund.
2.5. If an unlock has been requested and cannot be obtained within 30 days a full refund will be issued.
2.6. When purchasing an iCloud unlock, the IMEI should be clean and LOST MODE not activated. Refunds are not issued for an un-clean IMEI, or if LOST MODE is activated as this service incurs considerable cost on our behalf. The original purchase receipt for the device will be required to prove ownership.
2.7. If a device has outstanding bills, this will not be grounds for a refund.
2.8. Any device we unlock that previously had unpaid bills or outstanding installments will NOT be warrantied should the device become re-locked. If the device becomes re-locked, this will not be grounds for a refund.
3. Buyer Requirements.
3.1. Customers must ensure that they check the compatibility of their handset with the carrier they intend to use once unlocked.
3.2. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they have read the information on this website.
3.3. Black listed / stolen / lost phones / contract issues / incorrect carrier provided (also known as Blocked) - The term black listed covers phones that are not paid off, lost, stolen, insurance claimed etc. It is the customer's responsibility to check whether the device is black listed. Lost, stolen and abused handsets are barred/blocked once reported and cannot be used inside the country it was blocked in on any major carriers. If we undertake an unlock and find the phone has been marked Blocked and is in fact logged as either lost, stolen, abused, bad ESN and/or contract issues, we cannot refund your payment.
3.4. Certain carriers may be subject to an additional charge and or require the phone to be 6 months old before unlocking. Refunds are not issued for a device that is less than 6 months old. In some cases, if a device is less than 6 months old the unlock will come back as blocked. We will resubmit the unlock free of charge once the device is 6 months old.
3.5. Prior to unlocking your phone, it is the customer's responsibility to make sure that their 'Contacts', 'Messages' and any other important data is properly backed up and synced with iTunes prior to attempting any unlocking procedure. We will not accept responsibility for the loss of customer data for any reason.
3.6. Unlocking your iPhone is 100% legal in the Europe, North America and many other regions. Some laws may vary and it is down to the buyer to comply with local laws when unlocking their iPhone.
3.7. In some circumstances we may require additional information about the device being unlocked.
3.8. If an unlock is being processed by us the user may not attempt to obtain an unlock by any other method. This could lead to the device breaching the maximum number of unlock requests.
4. Delivery Times and Service.
4.1. We reserve the right to change any information on the website including prices and delivery times at any time which are set by ourselves and the relative carriers. If your unlock is in progress we will inform you immediately of any changes.
4.2. We will endeavor to beat these delivery times but sometimes delays do occur. In the event of a significant delay, there is no automatic right to cancellation.
5. 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

We provide such a guarantee to give honest customers the reassurance that the product they are ordering will be delivered in good faith and will be fit for purpose. In order to protect the legitimacy of this guarantee for all parties concerned, the guarantee itself is subject to the following terms:
5.1. This guarantee does not apply if the phone has been blocked (Handsets are blocked if reported lost, stolen or abused) and it does not cover premium-orders or pre-orders. This guarantee only applies if we are unable to retrieve unlocking data from the server and will require further investigation.
5.2 Guarantee does not apply if the customer has provided incorrect information.
5.3 Guarantee applies only if our attempt to unlock your iPhone returns an 'unavailable' report to our server. If the device is already unlocked (prior to our completion email) then no refund can be made as the IMEI still gets processed and charged.
6. Fraud Protection
6.1. Due to a large number of fraudulent orders that we receive, it is imperative that we take all necessary measures to minimize credit card fraud. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse any order that appears to be suspicious or that proves to be fraudulent. In certain cases, Factory iPhone Unlocks may request that you submit a scanned photocopy of your picture ID, passport, credit card statements and bank statements to completely verify the integrity of your order.
6.2. Factory iPhone Unlocks may report orders which turn out to be fraudulent to the relevant authorities so that they may investigate them to the fullest extent of the law.
6.3. Please note that IP addresses are recorded when placing an order online
6.4. Any attempts to defraud our company will be reported to the relevant authorities, in cases where payment has been reversed or charged back we will recover monies and demand administration charges. If the monies are not repaid in full along with any additional administration fees, then we will look to recover these costs through debt collection agencies. Limitation of Liability
6.5 We do not tolerate defamatory statements or any post containing libel and defamatory statements on the internet, including but not limited to Review Websites and Blogs. Defamation is any published material that damages the reputation of an individual or an organization. Any defamation aimed at damaging the reputation of any individual or the organisation will be reported to the relevant authorities.
7.1. Due to the nature of the service, and the fact that the unlock process commences immediately to achieve the fastest possible unlock times, we are unable to accept any cancellation from you once you have submitted payment to us. By accepting these Terms and purchasing services from us, you are confirming that you are waiving your right to a cancellation period and you are expressly requesting that we begin the service within the cancellation period, which means that you will lose your right to cancel the Service.
7.2. We reserve the right to terminate a customer's order if they demonstrate any form of verbal abuse or aggression towards a member of our staff either verbally or in writing. All communication will be terminated and all correspondence forwarded to our legal team. Any customer would also forfeit their right to a refund in this instance.

7.4. If an order is canceled by way of a CHARGEBACK during the unlocking process the device may fall into a BLOCKED/BLACKLISTED state and will not be able to access a GSM network again. This is irreversible and something we have no control over whatsoever.
7.5. Any issues with services provided by Factory iPhone Unlocks MUST first be reported to us via the given support channels (email/helpdesk) We then request 7 days to satisfy any such issues.
8.1. Factory iPhone Unlocks hold no responsibility for improper use of our codes.
8.2. Factory iPhone Unlocks does not accept any liability for any damage to your iPhone whilst in the unlocking process.
Factory iPhone Unlocks reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any given time. All changes made will reload on the website at Factory iPhone Unlocks. Therefore, the buyer is responsible to read the terms and conditions on every occasion you visit Factory iPhone Unlocks. Your use of the website will signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest Terms and Conditions.
